Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish college. She came back in 2015 and carried on from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her initial show for several years and set higher goals every year. By the end of 2009 she had won four fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished 3rd at the show. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. Three months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in, was delighted with her performance. It's no surprise that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the training. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as feasible. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be light weight day and another days heavy weight.
